"Saw you for the first time last night at Herne Bay and thought you were amazing. Will be definitely booking again to see you and looking forward to another brilliant night. Thanks for great music!!!"

"Just want to say what a fantastic gig! A really well-performed collection of PC and Genesis stuff with some great interpretations of some live versions that we know so well. Having the brass section really brought the whole thing to life and an extra dimension but the highlight for me was a collection of Genesis tunes finished off with a brilliant version of I Know What I Like.
Another highlight was the drumming... the drummer did a great job but also when the percussion and extra drummers worked together, it was a really 'full' sound.
A very lively and entertaining evening and concert. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys if they play anywhere near you and I hope to see them again soon."

"This was without a doubt superb and probably one of the best shows we have seen in years. Be good to see you here again soon. We can only say that we've seen Phil play live and had trouble telling the difference between you both. Well done and many thanks for a fantastic evening."

"Just wanted to congratulate you all on another great show at Mr Kyps on Saturday. Saw you all in February when you first played here in Poole and was dead impressed - not many tribute bands are as authentic to the artists' live versions as you are. As a musician myself I really appreciate all your hard work and dedication that goes into the finished show."

"Thanks for coming up to Thirsk on Saturday 14th July and closing the festival. On Sunday I received some fantastic comments about the whole event and the band. It was a great show and the people who managed to get tickets were treated to some great music and some great singing. One comment was if you did not know it was a tribute it was as near to the real thing as you could get. If anyone is reading this review wondering should you book the band, it is 100% Yes."
Colin Musgrave (Promoter, Thirsk Festival)
"What an evening!! This was No Jacket Required’s first gig at Mr Kyps and they blew the house down. We'd all read the reviews from other venues and seen the website, but could this 10 piece band really pull off a tribute to the legendary Phil Collins? They were absolutely first class! From the outset Dave Whitehouse injected energy, enthusiasm and an absolutely outstanding aural likeness to the man himself into this professional act. Whitehouse was clearly the driving force amongst his team and deserves all credit for his astonishing sound, mannerisms and stage presence."

"Thanks for a brilliant night at the Tameside Hippodrome, you were all fantastic! Having seen Phil Collins live, the sound you produce is truly outstanding and I cannot praise the professionalism of the whole band highly enough. Anyone who is a Phil Collins fan must not miss the opportunity to see No Jacket Required and I can’t wait to see you again soon."
Sheila Aldcroft
"There are Tribute Bands, then there are 'TRIBUTE BANDS'. No Jacket Required are without doubt the finest Phil Collins Tribute Band in the UK. They are indeed second to none, especially with their Genesis medley!"

"No Jacket Required took Horsham by storm last night! The Capitol Theatre, one of the premier venues in Sussex, sold out a full four weeks ago and the theatre was packed to the rafters with a 500-strong capacity crowd, making it the "hottest ticket in Horsham" in the apt words of front man Dave Whitehouse.
As showtime approached there was a real buzz in the venue, a tangible atmosphere of excitement I haven't felt since my early gig-going days. It was clear that this would be a special night right from the opening sequence of Hand In Hand with our Phil clone singing as he walked through the audience to the stage.
I've seen Phil play solo a number of times, my first being at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1982, and I have to say that the Dave's resemblance and mimicry of Mr Collins is remarkable. The uncanny impression is only superficially based in physical similarity, it is really more about body language: carefully choreographed movements around the stage; the pointed stare; the mischievous grin; hunching of shoulders; shape of the mouth while singing. Authenticity of this kind can only be the result of extreme attention to detail and long hours of practice. And that voice! Pitch perfect and with the full vocal range achieved by Phil during his first solo tour and the Genesis Mama shows. Intonation, vocal inflexion and improvisation show evidence of much well-placed research of Phil's live material.
An outstandingly accomplished cast of musicians features two great female backing vocalists a four piece brass section, guitar, bass, keyboard and drums. All perform with energy, enthusiasm and skill. "Phil" also takes on some drumming duties where appropriate, for example during that thundering drum climax to Colours. The two duet numbers "Find A Way To My Heart" and "Separate Lives" were highlights of the show, as was a crowd-pleasing medley of "Genesis hits strung together", featuring the likes of Turn It On Again, That's All and I Can't Dance. For over two hours No Jacket Required gave a committed, dazzling and highly entertaining display which exceeded my highest expectations.
But the impressive technical achievement and musicianship notwithstanding, my lasting impression of the show will be the sheer warmth and fun radiating round the venue. Clearly the audience shared a love and appreciation of this amazing show, amply demonstrated by high spirits, participation and plenty of banter throughout. We were all on our feet for the last few songs, the party in full swing. A SERIOUSLY fabulous evening - thanks!"

"A sensational show from a sensational band. No Jacket Required were, well… sensational! As we write this, the hot topic of conversation is still the fantastic No Jacket Required who played to a truly enthusiastic capacity audience on August 28th. The music of Phil Collins played with style, humour and tremendous musicianship."
Barry and Maggie (Promoters at Botley Hill Farm)
"I've been a fan of Phil Collins for many years, so I attended your show with some apprehension. There was no need - what a super show - well done. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed your performance and will recommend our friends to see you when you next return to the Bay."
Steve M
"I'm a lifelong PC fan and a friend recommended that I should see you. I'm always sceptical of tribute bands but you were superb! I'm hoarse from singing along to all the songs. Keep up the good work - PC would be proud. More gigs required!"
